Yes do not crush them because it may flood your body to fast with the medicine. I take sumatriptan for migraines have been for the last 2 years and if I take the medicine just when I feel the migraines starting up it stops them ahhh. Just follow what the medicine says on the bottle and you should get decent relief if you catch them just before they start up. Good luck to you.
