I took my last dose an hour and ahalf late and fell asleep before taking the next dose.Is it okay to takemy next dose in the morning . That means I'll be missing a dose.

If you do not take your cephalexin as scheduled, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next scheduled dose, skip the one you forgot and take your next dose instead. Never take a double dose.
This is almost valid for all meds, however, please do seek medical advice for more accurate info.
