Percocet is a combination of oxycodone and acetaminophen. The highest dose this comes in is 10mg of oxycodone and either 325mg acetaminophen or 650mg acetaminophen. There is NO Percocet with 15mg of oxycodone. There IS a plain oxycodone tablet with just 15mg of oxycodone-no acetaminophen. The brand name for this is Roxicodone and is made by Roxane. These tablets are much smaller than Percocet tablets and are light green in color and have the numbers 54 and 710 on them. There may also be other generic forms but most are still very light green, almost white in color.
