How long before you can take Metamucil after taking your regular meds?

The Metamucil directions say to not to take meds within two hours of taking Metamucil, as the Metamucil might prevent their absorption.

Take any medication 2 hours before or after Metamucil/psyllium... Doesn't matter which.
