It should be fine. Check the color is it cloudy or changed color? That would be the sign that it should be tossed

Once you use it, you can leave it at room temperture for 30 days. Its refrigerated before opening because they don't know how long it will be in until its used.

I hope that you at least tried it by now. If it succeeds in keep you blood glucose at an acceptable level continue to use it.
