How do I know when my Tresiba pen in empty?

On the Tresiba pen, when you dial in the units to inject, the pen will just stop at how many units are left in the pen. For example, if you are injecting 30 units but the pen only dials to 26 and won't turn anymore, this means that the pen only has 26units left and it is time to open a new pen.
