Hi,
I am new to this site, but been following it for sometime now.
I have been prescribed tramadol for back pain.
I know that I am not supposed to drink with tramadol, but have a dinner that I am looking forward to tonight and I am in pain.
if I take 2x50mg now, is it ok if I drink 2 glasses of wine in 4 to 5 hours? not more...

It is going to increase your blood pressure for sure. I would not do it.

No. You have to weigh what is more important to you. Side effects can be amplified with the two together.
