My fiancé and I are planning to get pregnant with a Capricorn baby boy. It’s 3 days until my fertile window and he ejaculated in me this morning. I did some research and it said in order to have greater chances to get pregnant with a boy we had to have sex the day of ovulation and days following. We thought about taking a Plan B but we’re not sure if it’ll effect my chances of missing my window in order to get pregnant (with a boy). What should I do?

If you take a Plan B, 3 days before you become fertile, then it could mean you miss out becoming pregnant this time altogether, yes.
Plan B can even cause some women not to have periods & ovulations for months.
Everyone is different. There's no way of knowing how it will effect you. It can be different each time it is used.
