Phenternine 37.5mg tab once in the am before my workout. Gives me the boost I need to workout harder but the past few weeks I noticed if I don't work out everyday my leg and abdominal muscles turn to mush within a few days and the cellulite gets worse. Any thoughts on what I'm lacking?? Maybe more lean protein??im also a 30 year old woman who had a baby 2 years ago. I lost all the baby weight the 1st year but now it's bAck and with 30-45 mins workouts4 days. Week and phen tabs I can't lose anything but muscle mass!!!
