I’ve been taking mirtazapine for 3 weeks without any relief, can I stop taking suddenly?

"Do not stop using mirtazapine suddenly, or you could have unpleasant symptoms (such as dizziness, vomiting, agitation, sweating, confusion, numbness, tingling, or electric shock feelings). Ask your doctor how to safely stop using this medicine."

I stopped after 3 weeks no problem no difference but after 4 months stopped again I had quite a bit of nausea and lack of appetite but for me these were my original symptoms so that’s what you have got to be aware of your old feelings before taking
