normal. I am thinking the milk thistle is doing it's job. Agree or disagree? My AST is elevated to 54 and my internal med Dr. has me stressed out over this. He will repeat in a month. Ultrasound scheduled.
I am taking milk thistle, now my stools are a dark green. When I discontinue, they go back to norma?

It is normal but your liver function is not. I have found that small quantities of Sarsaparilla to be an insanely effective liver tonic with effects that are well outside the margin for error compared with Milk Thistle that never affected my pathology results ever.

Thanks Stephen, I was researching this and I believe it would be worth a try. The problem: where to buy from a reputable store source. Since it is tropical and their is false sarsaparilla, I am not sure whom is reputable. Any suggestion? Thank you.
