Quinapril Questions

I was recently perscribed Bystolic (nebirolol) I am also currently taking?

quinapril and amlpdopine. My doctor added Bystolic because my blood pressure went very high recently. Is it safe to combine these drugs?

Hydrochlorothiazide/Quinapril - Does this medicine ever cause your urine to smell bad?

It's an unfamiliar odor. Not sweet or like ammonia and it has only happened since I've been on the medicine over a week. No other symptoms. Urine is not cloudy. No pains when urinating.
