My doctor says a biopsy is not necessary. She is positive I have Oral Lichen Planus. Thoughts?

My dentist sent me for a biopsy, but the Dental Hospital said not needed as it is obvious what I have?

Can clindamycin cause swelling of the feet and ankles?

I was put on clindamycin antibiotics for a dental infection and ever since I started the medication my feet and ankles have been swelling is this a side effect of that medication?

Orajel/Anbesol (benzocaine) allergy/side effects?

I got a small sore spot on the inside of my lower lip. I've gotten this before. I used both Orajel and Anbesol (probably more than I should have) as well as Orajel mouthwash.
