Methylprednisolone - I developed metallic taste in my mouth on 5th day of taking 4mg Medrol Dosepak

How long will metallic taste last? I also have the smell in my nostrils. I was fine day 1 through day 4 then lost my appetite when everything tasted like "I had mouth full of nails". All foods tasted same, like metal. I ended up tossing the food out.

Missed my lunch dose of methylprednisolone on day 1. Do I take it with my dinner dose or skip it?

It is my first day taking methylprednisolone and I missed my lunch dose and didn't realize till I ate dinner and went to take my dinner dose. Do I take my lunchtime dose with my dinner dose or skip it? Please help I need an answer as soon as possible. Thanks.

I finished a Medrol prednisone pack for arthritis a week ago. My arthritis is back and worse than ever. Can I start another 6 day dose to try and get some relief? I am having a hard time getting up and down and laying down to sleep.
