Can I take Fluconazole and Levofloxacin together?

my doctor urologist prescribed me Levofloxacin for prostatatitis and determotalogist fluconazole for yeast infection... can i take them both together ? what are the chances that it will work?

Fluconazole - for yeast infection,I have 3 pills to take over 7 days, I took 1 early, what do I do?

I took my 2nd pill on day 2 instead of day 4 when should I take my last pill? I was supossed to take one wait 2 days take the next wait 2 days until completed on day 7.
