Was given deltasone/prednisone yesterday for a cough. have flushed checks, headache and a?

bit shaky today, should I worry. I am on 2 tablets of 20mg once a day for 5 days. it makes me nervous to start with to take a steroid. I am 56 year old woman. thank you.
