... strengths requires food to bond with to be safe and effective. If I added a couple of tablespoons of avocado or MCT oils would that be enough for the pill to bond with?

Is a Xarelto tablet stored in its original plastic bottle at room temperature in a dry environment for five years still usable? I found an old prescription of 20mg tablets (made by Janssen) while looking through my medicine supplies. There are maybe 30 tablets in the bottle

I am 76, an Afib patient on Eliquis (5 mg twice daily) and carvedilol (3.125 mg twice daily). I have found a seemingly unusual pattern of my blood pressure readings recently. Learning relevant info will be helpful.

Apixaban - Cutting Eliquis 2.5 in half?

I have many bad reactions to Eliquis, taken for paroxysmal Afib and would like to cut the pills in half; currently I take twice daily (2.5 x2) Is there research or experience with this dosage reduction from real people, not the pharma monopoly?

My doctor said there is no need to wean off, just stop. I had 1 episode of atrial fibrillation. It self regulated before I was seen by a doctor. I wore a holster monitor for 2 weeks. Results came back normal. I want to get off this med.
