Sjogren's Syndrome - I have been using Evoxac for 5 years (only 1 time per day in the am) with no?

... side effects. I use it following radiation to my jaw for a lymphoma. My insurance has just sent a letter saying it would no longer cover this--suggest pilocarpine instead. Does anyone have any experience with this? Has anyone ever used both and what was the results. Thank you. Julia
