The best thing for you to do is buy "Move Free" by Schiff - 120 coated tablets. The bottle is red - don't take a lesser dosage by another brand. There is an initial titrated dose before you take 3 tablets/day. You will need to read about that on movefree.com. Ingredients are: Glucosamine 1500 mg., MSM 1500 mg., Uniflex 216 mg., Chondroitin Sulfate 200 mg., and Joint Fluid (Hyaluronic Acid) 3.3 mg. Anyone that tells you it doesn't work hasn't taken it. I don't remember how long it took to work but I do remember what it felt like when I missed a couple of doses when I had a stomach virus. I was in hell. I have had chronic pain since 2000.
Your meloxicam safe dose is 7.5 mg. not 15 mg. Check with your doctor about other drug interactions especially since you are taking a NSAID with it. Best of luck!!! It was the smartest thing I ever did. The bottle is 40 servings and costs about $18 at Target, online Vitamin Shoppe, or Walmart here in Dallas.
