My boy friend came in me on my ovulation day. I took Plan B the next day, after 24 hours. It has been 2 weeks. My periods are late and I have been seeing pregnancy symptoms. Today I had little spotting and it didn't look like a period?

Pregnancy is very possible, if you had already ovulated the day before using Plan B. The only way Plan B is proven to work, is by delaying ovulation. It may work in other ways, but they have never been proven.
If you were relying on an app or website to estimate your ovulation, then you may not have been ovulating that day, as those are just a rough estimate. The spotting could be from the Plan B.
