Persisting Pain -- Shingles - I had very little rash but so much severe pain,pain started a month?

You may want to try combining what you're already on with something else just for the pain, like steroids, nerve blocks, opioids, or tricyclic antidepressants. If the pain continues long term you could develop chronic pain so something to consider. If the wait is long to see your doctor even try a clinic or the emergency room.
