I'm on naproxen and codeine for a kidney infection , However my head is killing so wandered if I could take paracetamol too.
Can I take paracetamol, codeine and naproxen together?

Yes you can safely take paracetamol too. The pain relieving medicines are working in slightly different ways. The maximum adult dose of paracetamol for pain is 1000 mg (2 tablets) every 6 hours or 650 mg every 4 hours, with a maximum of 8 tablets a day.
