I noticed a dime size " raw sore" on his paw about 4 wks ago, it won't heal because he keeps licking it.
I've been using peroxide to clean it and neosporin to heal and covering it with a bitter bandage.
Seemed to be working, the sore scabbed over. I removed the bandage and within a day he had it licked raw again.
Can I use (Nystatin-N S-T-T A) to heal an abrasion on my dog's paw?
