I started bloating pretty bad. My number on the scale hasn't gone up and I'm not overweight all but my stomach is definitely a pooch now. My diet isn't the best but it's way better than it was a few months ago and I've been getting back to being active. That being said, my stomach is out there now. Cut out a lot of crappy foods, stopped drinking energy drinks and pop, and still my tummy's more prominent now than back when papa johns was my normal. I've always been skinny so this is new and stressful for me. I also get way moodier and cry at the silliest things, and my skins gotten really oily. I'm breaking out on my face and back. I'm 21, I've always had a good metabolism, never had mood swings, and haven't had break outs since I was 17. I haven't had a period so that's wonderful but I don't know if it's worth it at this point. Any suggestions or thoughts?
