I had sexual intercourse and had whip cream down there. When I got home I didn't shower and the next day it started burning, and itching. And discharge has been coming out! -Scared

I used monistat 1 and the itching cleared up the very next day so I decided to have sex 2 days later and boy oh boy never again it flared right back up im itching so so bad I would not recommend sex while using Monistat I really wish I would have just waited

I just put the Monistat 1 on today and my husband had sex with me even though I said no but we still end up having sex how bad can that be?

Yes i am okay that's how he is but I'm still having discharge and I haven't gone to the doctor yet I haven't been having time for myself

I had sex like two days after the monistat, my symptoms flared up again and then calmed down, you should try to go to like a patient first or something if you get a chance though

Whoever answered back you can have sex while on it or during the allotted treatment time, read the packaging on the label or call your doctor/and or pharmacist. I would say wait.
No sex for at least 3 days after using the Monistat 1 read the below that was in your packet.chuck1957((((((( Most women who use Monistat-1 do not experience complete relief of symptoms within 1 day. Most women experience some relief within 1 day and complete relief within 7 days. If your symptoms do not improve within 3 days, if they last more than 7 days, or if they become worse, stop using Monistat-1 and contact your health care provider at once. You may have a more serious illness.
Do not use Monistat-1 for itching caused by other conditions.
Do not use tampons while you are using Monistat-1 and until all of your symptoms go away. Use unscented pads or pantiliners.

If you use topical products too often, your condition may become worse.

Thank you chuck!
So it's been 4 days, can I use a tampon? Or have sexual intercourse? All my symptoms are gone, but there is still white discharge!

Sex should be okay but if the discharge does not go away in a couple of days you should retreat or see your doctor and make sure the yeast infection is all gone this could be some of the Monistat or the whipped cream. Good luck chuck1957

Rosa, I would say no because of the lack of air circulation etc. because you said you still were having some discharge if it were not for that I would think it was okay. But if you have and drought at all call. Your doctor and see if all of this is okay with the doctor.But from what I know and what that copy and paste said you should be fine.Use some pads if you're still having some discharge you should see the doctor next week.
