it says the 2 have a major interaction. im sure this is true at a high dose but some people actually can take a small dose of both. say like 50mgs of sertraline in the morning then 15mg of mirtazapine before bedtime. great combo for someone if they're depressed, have anxiety, insomnia(which could be caused by zoloft), underweight, and/or appetite supression. this could be a great combo for someone who has a lot of these symptoms. i know for me mirtazapine didnt have a strong enough anti anxiety property. but at the same time i like taking something that makes me sleep and gives me a bigger appetite. right now i just take sertraline and alprazolam and it works decent. i've considered adding the remeron though or switching it with the alprazolam.
Mirtazapine and sertraline hlc interaction can be safe?
