Mirtazapine - Who prescribes Remeron and what percentage of doctors can prescribe this drug?

General practitioners, any licensed physician, psychiatrists, physician's assistants, licensed psychiatric nurse practitioners and maybe someone I missed.
Do you mean what percentage of them actually prescribe Remeron? I would assume that they all have prescribed it for certain patients but I don't know how to come up with a percentage in each category.
