When I’m already on medication for depression is it safe to take palexia 50 mg twice a day safe?

This site only lists U.S based medications but using the Interactions Checker with a similar opioid analgesic to Palexia (tapentadol) shows some moderate to major potential interactions.
If all these medications were prescribed by your doctor it may be that they have determined that the benefits of this combination outweighs the potential risk. If they were prescribed by different doctors be sure that they are aware of all the medications you are taking.
Since there are these potential interactions you should take your concerns to your doctor or pharmacist/chemist for professional advice.

They were prescribed by my doctor. I do have concerns. I think I will take your advice and call my doctor to discuss my concerns Thank you.
