I'm 26 years old and have had gout for 6 years. At most I'd get it twice a year but I hurt my back at work and it seems like my gout has been constant for the past 9 months since the back injury. Mild at times but still constant. I've changed my diet over the past month but the pain doesn't completely go away. Is it because of the pain in my lower back? Also my back pain is from a pulled muscle and I've been going to physical therapy for it.
Can a lower back injury affect your in my foot?
