Who has experienced severe muscle cramping all over the body from losartan? I began 25 mg about 2 months ago and began feeling achy about a month later but this last week has been ridiculous. I’m also having brain fog and extreme fatigue.

Yes! I have moderate muscle pain about 50-60% of the time. I'm on 25 mg. too. Weight 127, 61 yr. old female. I have to take them to stop protein in urine (bad for kidneys), beside lisinopril which does same thing there are no other comparable drugs. If you are taking this for blood pressure only if it was me I'm throw them in the trash. My quality of life sucks. Amlodipine is a good alternative. I've taken that for 6 yrs. no side effects. Hope that helps!

Unfortunately, like all prescribed medication, there are side effects. With this medication, fatigue, dizziness, and muscle cramps have been an ongoing growing concern.
Can I suggest something. Organic spice/herbs. Blend together: Garlic, Onions, Sage, Bay Leaf, Oregano, Rosemary Leaves, Thyme, Basil, Turmeric, Ginger. One teaspoon of all ingredients, except garlic (one bulb) onion (half an onion)
All of the above spices are known to control blood pressure and any heart disorder.
Let me be perfectly clear, always consult with your physician, I am merely suggesting other options, thru a natural process.
