Hi, thyristor!
125mcg is 37 mcg stronger than the 88mcg.
Is that what you were asking?
Regards, Wildcat
The 125mcg dose delivers 37mcg more of the medication in order to bring your TSH levels back into a healthy balance. Your medication dose may need to be changed periodically in order to keep you within normal levels.
