Taking one thyroid pill should not hurt a person but your friend should still go ahead and take their blood pressure pill for the day. the thyroid pill wont affect the blood pressure or do anything for blood pressure so he/she still needs their blood pressure medicine. Again always remember when taking/giving meds that you have the right drug, the right dose and right route and finally right person! :)
