Is it safe to take Tadalafil(=Cialis, for impotence) while taking Metformin for Diabetes? Because of Diabetes, my husband as some case of impotence. He wants to take Cialis, to improve our sex life, but is it safe, since he already takes Metformin everyday for his Diabetes?

He also is bleeding every day/night, because he has Tilentasia, so he cannot get Viagra.
