Today I started 10mg. of vilazodone and I also take 450mg. of Lithium twice daily, 100mg. of lamotrigine twice daily, 40 mg of nadolol daily and clonazepam at least once daily. Has anyone else had this combination and has anything bad happened as far as side effects?

There are potential interactions between vilazodone and lithium and vilazodone and lamotrigine and vilazodone that can be serious but they're rare. Were all your medications prescribed by the same doctor? It may be that they are aware of these interactions but have determined that the benefit will outweigh the small risk. They will probably also want to monitor your blood chemistries and drug levels.
If you have concerns about this you can talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

Hi, I take 450mg of Lamotrigine a day and 10mg of Vortioxetine (Trintellix). Vortioxetine and Vilazodone are obviously not the same, but they are in the same class of atypical antidepressants. I've not experienced any problems with my combination. Best regards, John
