I take Metamucil twice a day and have been having 24/7 gas issues, ie major farts. is this normal?

Hi rickcato,
Have you tried Gas-X? It is usually pretty good, I give it to my husband!
It works for him, or he's blaming it on the dog.

Oh yeah, try mixing baking soda in some water, this could help.

Rick the gas is normal the metamucil is cleaning your systm instead of just gasx and beano and things get straight simithicone drops. You can get them for about 10$ and you can take it a dropper full at a time. Doesn't take much works very well. Jaime
