callicast...I have been off of THC for 66 days but am stilling testing positive on a urine test. Could the Methimazole be causing my cells to retain THC?

Hard to know. I don't think it is related to methimazole.
How much and how often did you use marijuana?
As a rough guide if you smoke the occasionally joint, it'll stay in your system for up to 10 days. If you smoke regularly, up to 45 days and if you smoke constantly, 90 days.
