I've been on gabapentin for a year n half, progressively increased to 2700mgs a day. It's not working anymore. I have nerve damage in my forearms and hands, from a career as a ex-downhill mountain biker. I suffer from arthritis as well, from severe crashes. (Sports injuries) does anyone know of another medication I could suggest to my doctor, that I may try?
Thanx
Gabapentin not working anymore, what alternatives can I try?

Ask your doctor for more information on Gabapentin and any other drugs
that might help. Also, see if some physical therapy might help.
Good luck,
Trish
You can increase the gabapentin to 3600 mg a day. There is also lyrica.
