is this pill used for recreation or is it someone's medication?
I have found a round pink pill with a c on one side and p b on the other?

It is Propranolol 40 mg.
Propranolol is used in the treatment of high blood pressure; migraine prevention; performance anxiety; benign essential tremor; angina, and belongs to the drug classes group II antiarrhythmics, non-cardioselective beta blockers.
