I had a series of retuxin? for MALT Lymphoma and am still on once every three months with a lesser dose. However , my white cells are 1.4 and nothing is being done to improve the condition by my oncologist. I have also talked to my internist who said there is a shot that can be given , but has numerous side effects. I am in a quandry as to what to do at this point. I also have kidney problems and am under care for that. What do you suggest. I am an 81 year old female but still very active, exercise and have a normal schedule of activities.
Is there any food or vitamins that will help activate the white blood cells to redevelope?
