I fell and hit my head Saturday night. My neck is sore and headache is more intense 4 days later?

Concerned; This has me a bit worried too. I really think you should go to the E.R. AFTER 4 DAYS AND THE HEADACHE, AND NAUSEA SOUNDS LIKE EVEN THOUGH YOU DID NOT PASS OUT YOU STILL COULD HAVE A CONCUSSION AND SHOULD BE LOOKED AT. this could still be very serious and more so because it is not getting any better. if it were me I would go to the hospital and I really think you should friend you don't know you could have some swell in the head or bleeding. Please don't wait much longer.

I would see a Dr. if I were you, most preferably a Neurologist, hitting your head and then having more intense headaches should not be left unnoticed... as you know your brain is a vital organ which among many tasks controls your body.
