Hello, I am gargling Erythromycin for a mouth ulcer however the bottle of Erythromycin that I have contains enteric coated pellets and they won't dissolve. The water I gargle containing the pellets tastes just like water and I'm wondering, are they supposed to dissolve, or is the agent released into the water and I can't see it?
Erythromycin pellets?
