How long before I notice the effects of the new dosage? It has only been 3 days but I still have bouts of crying
Doctor increased dosage of bupropion from 150 mg to 300 mg.

You will start feeling improvement in the first week or two but it may be 3-4 weeks before the full effect kicks in.
Try to be patient. I've always done well on bupropion but it wasn't until my dosage increase that I found how effective this medication really is.
