Hi, the Z-PAK does require a prescription here in the US, However, it does come in a very reasonable generic form which works well; I have taken two recently to combat an infected tooth. If you live here in the US, then look online and see you have a franchie called the Medicine Shoppe, listed in your area. I don't know, they mail order. I can tell you that is the cheapest place I coud find them. Another option is try Cosco as they have an onlne pharmacy, do mail order, and are reasonable on many of their meds. Hope that tis heps.
