Could taking Topamax stop my periods from coming?

Long story short, BC never worked and I’ve constantly had a period (11 years). April 2020 put on topamax for migraines. 2 months after, I had a regular period then it stopped. Almost a year later to the diagnosis, still no period or even PMS or random discharge which is a challenge my OBGYNs have been trying to tackle for a long time. Talk to your OB/GYN’s before taking, might sound like paradise but it’s not natural. Also, major nausea and acid reflex

Yes, Topamax can cause menstrual irregularities.

Genitourinary side effects in the female frequently have included intermenstrual bleeding, leukorrhea, menorrhagia, vaginitis, and amenorrhea. Urinary tract infections, micturition frequency, urinary incontinence, dysuria, and renal calculus have also been reported frequently.

Thank you to you both! I thought I was going crazy! I did find that taking half my dose of topamax the few days before my period has stopped it from being so irregular. I don't know if that's the correct thing to do but it has helped. I was prescribed topamax for back/nerve issues.
