After a single collagenase injection to my ring finger, the contracture went from ... almost perfectly straight in just one day (from originally 30 degrees) to 110 degrees in 3 months. The MRI showed there was severe damage to the pulley fibers that are attached to the tendon. The surgeon has never seen this kind of progression of Dupuytren's nor from the collagenase. Has this ever happened to anyone and what did the surgeon do to correct this? Am devastated! JK
