I've been taking Cimzia for nearly 5 months and twice the next day I have severe pains in my stomach which feels like indigestion. But nothing takes the pain away. Is this part of the side affects or something else

It might be, you need to tell your doctor right away.. Of any uncomfortable side effects. Cimzia might not be for you. We as a patient have the right and should tell doctors of any abnormal side effects that can cause any harm . Otherwise doctor's won't know of what is happening to you.. Every BODY IS DIFFERENT..
MY IMMUNE SYSTEM GOT SO VULNERABLE THAT I GOT AN INFARTED SPLEEN .. currently on Enbrel twice a week.. Doing ok for the last year and half..
Hope you find the right treatment..
