Can you take more than 37.5mg of phentermine at one time?

The recommended dose is 18.75 mg (half a tablet) or 37.5 mg (one tablet) once daily.
To take more than the recommended dosage would be an overdose, however please do consult your doctor who prescribed the med for more accurate info on dosing more than 37.5mg, be well & safe!
