no you can only one pill aday unless you want to overdose this drug is serious may cause heartfailure strokes or death please take exactly as prescribed no more then 37.5mgs a day thanks take care...

The recommended dose is 18.75 mg (half a tablet) or 37.5 mg (one tablet) once daily.
To take more than the recommended dosage would be an overdose, however please do consult your doctor who prescribed the med for more accurate info on dosing more than 37.5mg, be well & safe!
