Can JANUMET be crushed or cut in half?

Although it is not advisable ... Janumet can be crushed or cut in half. It doesn
t have any controlled release coating on it.

No it can not be cut i half.it would lose its punch.However you can check out drugs .com and see if they make a lower dose.
