Can 12 panel test tell the difference between heroin and vicodin, hydromorphone or other opiates?

To be as quick and to point as possible, "yes". I believe thats why they call it a twelve point test. In def. terms, it will detect 12 different areas of useage in your body. Such as the simple, vicodin is for mild to modertate pain and is in the opiate bracket. Meth. cocaine and weed are, (sorry i cant spell very well, just sound it out though and u should understand) bar-bitch-u-ets, so on and so on. Over 50% of drugs are considered downers. But, the thing to be worried about mostly, is that this 12 panel test may also be able to detect if you are or did take some kind of a flushing or detoxification source. There are many different liquid forms and a few pill one that you can buy at any drug store to flush your sytem out faster. However, it very plausable that it will be found in amongst everything else you have taken. Depending on how much and often, as well as how far away it is before taking this test, cranberry juice and lots and lots of water is very helpful.
