My doctor upped the dosage of Wellbutrin to 450 mg wanted to know if anyone else takes this combination and if it was effective?

I already take Lexapro 20mg and Wellbutrin 300mg I've been on for 5 years it seems less effective here latley

Those are the maximum recommended dosages of the medications and upping the Wellbutrin dose might help but after 5 years the effectiveness of the meds may be "pooping out" on you. This can happen commonly with long term use.
Give these dosages a try but if that doesn't work you may be looking at switching to at least one new med.
